after he was shot in the head in north baltimore. city police responded just after 10:00 last night. that is when they found the victim lying in a heavily-wooded area near by. he was transported to an area hospital nearby for treatment. we're told homicide detectives are investigating. if you have information on the incident, called city police. baltimore county police are trying to figure out what sparked the weekend brawl outside a flea market that sent one person to the hospital and injured several others. it happened near the north point class of free-market. one man had to be taken to the hospital after he was struck with the rubber mallet. we're told his injuries are not life-threatening. at this point officials do not believe it was pre-planned. >> the initial investigation has indicated there were two groups of people that resulted in an investigation. we cannot confirm the gang involvement at this point in time. to go to people were arrested, but no charges have been filed. -- >> two people were arrested, but no charges have been filed. baltimore city held the veterans day

set up in the streets because the lights are still out as the city of san francisco tries to fix the mess that she allegedly created. her first collision during this chase throughout the city took place not far from her, 15th and natoma where she hit a bicyclist. he was next to a car that she ran into. that car hit him and he was taken to the hospital as a precaution, minor injuries. now, chp tried to full over serena barrows around 2:00 this morning as she was trying to get on the 4th street on-ramp to the bay bridge. that on-ramp was shut down at the time. chp tell us she took off. they had a chase throughout the city on 101 and local streets, never going faster than 55 miles an hour. along the way she hit the car that hit the bicyclist and she ended up here sideswiping this truck. she is under arrest and faces a few charges, felony dui, felony hit and run and there's an enhancement because she has been charged with dui at least three times prior, this according to chp. reporting live here in san francisco, bob redell, "today in the bay." >>> new this morning, fire crews say th

such attack on that city in more than 20 years. it is and has been a red line for israel and now it's been crossed. israeli troops are on the move. a top defense official called up more reservists ahead of what may become a ground war. we have video that shows trucks carrying tanks and other armored vehicles moving toward the border with the gaza. the israeli army reports it may draft as many as 30,000 troops for a possible ground invasion. tonight militants in gaza fired an estimated 200 rockets at israel. three of them reportedly targeting tel aviv. that city's metropolitan area is home to more than a million people, roughly the size of the entire dallas metroplex. the missiles triggered air sirens as panicked citizens ran for cover. tel aviv is only about 40 miles from the gaza. earlier today, fox's leeland vittert was on the ground in a town along the gaza border. >> we've got more missiles coming in. you can see everyone running. this is right now the very safest place. we're going to come in under here and now we wait. those awful seconds that everyone in this part of the world knows
